📜 Policy/Guideline For Allotment of Plots

Client shall apply for booking of plot/plots in prescribed form with 2 copies of photograph & Tk 1,00,000/= (One lakh only).
The rate of plots shall be determined as per company price list and shall not be changed after booking confirmation.
All payments shall be made in cash or crossed cheque / bank draft / P.O in favour of the company.
Deed of agreement shall be executed after receiving 30% payment of total sales value.
On completion of development, plots shall be handed over after full payment.
In case of cancellation, refund will be processed with deduction as per policy.
Plots must be used for allocated purpose only; delay due to natural calamity is acceptable.
Transfer fee @ Tk 10,000/- per katha will apply for ownership change.
