Mr Nurul islam , Born in Tangail in 1955, Division of Dhaka . He started working in Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) as an Asst. Director. In the year of 2014 he charged as a senior Director in Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) . With 34 years of experience he operate approx 31 ,000 of employee in BREB and maintain administrative work as well as human resource HR and making budget and implementation . A vast experience in Govt arena and private sector more about business, leadership excellence, skill on project management and development, and that eventually got the opportunity to establish PREMIUM HOLDINGS Ltd.
